The farm "Gentile" can be found approximately 4 Km from one of Vieste's longest and most beautiful beaches, and  7 Km from the popular sea-side resort Vieste.

It is also conveniently close to the famous Umbra Forest also part of the National Park of Gargano.

This characteristic country farm is situated on hilly countryside surrounded by pinewoods in the National Park of Gargano.

Excellent extra-virgin olive oil is the farm's main produce.  Each autumn the olives are picked by hand and then   taken daily to the local olive-pressing "frantoio" . Here the olives are made into olive-oil still using traditional methods. The cows and chickens on the farm produce an ample supply of fresh eggs and milk. The fresh milk is still used  to make "caciocavallo" (home-made cheese).  The abundance of olive-oil is used to make preserves: for example, dried tomatoes typical of this part of Italy

ACCOMMODATION: A variety of furnished and well equipped appartments are available for  4 or 6 people complete with kitchen-area,utensils, and bathroom.  Each appartment  has its own entrance and terrace.

Feel at home in a friendly atmosphere at the Gentile farm. The ideal way to relax in a peaceful environment in direct contact   with nature and wildlife.
